Our philosophy is rooted in origin and respect for the product. We hand-select premium cuts from the finest breeds, applying a dry-aging process in our own chamber that guarantees sublime texture and flavour. Enjoy a true culinary experience built on product integrity and artisanal processes, with the highest possible quality and freshness.

Away from the noise, Es Pati is a sanctuary to disconnect and enjoy high-quality cuisine. We have an interior courtyard under the Palma sky, surrounded by plants and soft lighting, and a climate-controlled dining room with a warm, welcoming atmosphere — both designed to the same standards of comfort.
Our concept is built on privacy, with tables strategically spaced to guarantee your personal space; every detail is focused on an unhurried, exclusive experience.
This experience is reserved for adults and young guests aged 12 and over.
