Browsing, accessing and using the Es Pati website confers the status of user, whereby, from the moment the website is browsed, all the terms of use set out herein are accepted, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal regulations.
The Es Pati website provides information about the restaurant, its menu, its wine cellar, its group and event services, as well as access to its booking system. The user assumes responsibility for the correct use of the website. This responsibility shall extend to:

Menus and prices may be subject to variations due to seasonality, product availability or menu reformulation; in the event of any discrepancy, the prices displayed at the establishment at the time of service shall prevail.

Àlex Truke Medina, either directly or as assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to the website https://espatimallorca.com, as well as the elements contained within it, by way of example: images, photographs, audio, video, software, texts, the «Es Pati» brand and logos, colour combinations, structure and design, the selection of materials used, and the computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use.
