User and liability terms

Browsing, accessing and using the Es Pati website confers the status of user, whereby, from the moment the website is browsed, all the terms of use set out herein are accepted, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal regulations.

The Es Pati website provides information about the restaurant, its menu, its wine cellar, its group and event services, as well as access to its booking system. The user assumes responsibility for the correct use of the website. This responsibility shall extend to:

Table reservations are managed through the external platform Restoo (espatimallorca.myrestoo.net), owned by its respective provider. When clicking the booking button, the user is redirected to that platform, whose data processing and terms of use are governed by its own policies. Es Pati is not responsible for the operation, availability or contractual terms of the service provided by third parties, without prejudice to the information the user receives directly from the restaurant when confirming their reservation.

The prices of the products and services shown on the website, as well as on the menu or associated informational material, shall be those in force at any given time, expressed in euros and including Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise expressly stated. Menus and prices may be subject to variations due to seasonality, product availability or menu reformulation; in the event of any discrepancy, the prices displayed at the establishment at the time of service shall prevail.

Intellectual and industrial property

Àlex Truke Medina, either directly or as assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to the website https://espatimallorca.com, as well as the elements contained within it, by way of example: images, photographs, audio, video, software, texts, the «Es Pati» brand and logos, colour combinations, structure and design, the selection of materials used, and the computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use.

Under the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the express authorisation of the owner.

The user undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights. They may view the elements of the site and even print, copy and store them on their computer’s hard drive or on any other physical medium, provided that it is solely and exclusively for their personal and private use.

Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their conflicts to the ordinary courts, with the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca having jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights that consumer regulations grant the consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile.
